This is a very well made shadow box, worthy of the medals it is intended to display. It is easy to assemble the items for display, as the back of the case comes off readily with swivel clips. The interior is an elegant black finish. My only observation that might be helpful in deciding what size box to purchase is that the measurement of 10x12 pertains to the outside measurement of the case. The trim of the frame covers up a portion of the viewing area, so, in my case, i had to squeeze the display items closer together than I had originally intended so that they could all be seen. It still looks beautiful, tho, and I am happy with my purchase.

We ordered this for a customer of ours. We put all of his vietnam war medals in the frame for him and added small gold signs describing each one. it turned out awesome and he was so pleased. What an honor to make such a cool tribute to his service. thank you so much for your awesome product.
