We ordered three plaques with very late notice. Awards & Gifts accommodated us and delivered an exceptional product in a very short time frame. I was worried and called to check on the order and the rep told me not to worry and that she would call me back. She called me back within a half hour and confirmed that the order would be there on time and it was!
